Villas have either 2 or 3 bedrooms. Two bedroom villas are 2650 sq. ft., and three bedrooms villas are 2950 sq. ft. Each has a one car garage. Floor plans are open and spacious, with views from the second floor onto the first. Appliances include washer, dryer, refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, garbage compactor and disposal. Water, electrical utilities and phone are provided.
Prices range from $350,000 to $425,000 for a two bedroom villa, and $425,000 to $525,000 for a three bedroom unit, depending on location and view. Prices are subject to change at any time.
